Hi! What is wakeboarding? The definition according to wakeboard wiki.org is “a surface water sport which involves riding a wakeskate over the surface of a body of water behind a boat or cable. It was developed by a combination of water skiing, snowboarding and surfing techniques. “To some extent this is true, however many of us wakeboarding term is much, much more. For some time wakeboarding with good companions, for others it is a way of expressing the same way as an artist is through his canvas and paint, and for some, it is a job where they get to travel around the world with the best drivers in the world, riding for the best boats and some of the most beautiful places. All these aspects of wakeboarding is doing what he is today and constitute the backbone of identity and culture in sport. Wakeboarding as a sport has come a long way since primitive times and largely to do with the evolution of wakeboarding boats and equipment, but the culture of sport has not changed significantly. It is true that there is an increasing amount of money, but I bet my boat that 99 out of 100 pro riders say they would always do what they do without the references and paychecks. For them, it’s almost a novelty or gimic they are paid to do something they really love to do. In today’s world, it is rare that someone can feel this way about how they make their bread and butter. So what does all starts early, endless interviews, sponsor obligations, teaching and damage worthwhile? If you have already attached to a plank, you know the answer to this question. Bye guys.
