A farmer works in the field planting potato seeds. He prepares the ground, adds manure and water. He gets a fine crop after a few months. People say that the farmer is rewarded for his work. However, if there were extraneous interference (a flood, hurricane, and rocky soil) the crop would not have been as pretty as we saw. This is because there is no reward and punishment in nature, but only consequences. Yet, human effort is basic. If we plan and act accordingly, sincerely and honestly, the final result is likely to be in our favor. This is true in every field of activity –in business, study, construction work, sports and games, any activity –in business, study, construction work, sports and games, any active for that matter. All external factors are not within our control, but some are we may try to include as many of them as are possible within the range of our efforts. Then essential point is that we should fulfill our responsibilities to the best of our ability. The result cannot be but good.
