Waste of Effort: This can result from failure to define an excessive use of committees or other joint effort, overlapping responsibilities, and misunderstanding of relationships.
Excessive Quantity of Effort: This will result from faulty definitions of responsibilities, assignment of duties requiring disproportionate skills and improper delegation. This can result from poor definition of responsibility, too much supervision and uncertainty of supervisory responsibilities.
