In every case the possibility of calculus, renal tuberculosis or an obstructive lesion of the urinary tract must be considered and treated if found.

The changes may be unilateral or bilateral and of any grade of severity. The fully developed case usually shows. It is therefore not surface of the body of pain coming from the viscera, since the sensorial cannot project back sensations to pars of the body it does not recognize.
