Vegetable is not far behind as far as nutrition and curative properties are concerned. They are also packed with nutrients but the dark, bright colored ones seem to pack the most. One is advised to eat colored Vegetable and trace elements like copper, zinc, selenium etc. they protect us from a number of diseases. To derive maximum benefit, it should be used fresh in raw form or in form of vegetable juices of single or two three vegetables together. There are three principle foods protein, fat and carbohydrate. All three can be used as fuel (energy) for growth and maintenance at the body.
