Fruit an excellent food and medicine as well. Fruits and Vegetable may cure serious diseases especially stomach ailments. By eating fruits one can keep illness at bay. Besides it is a nature’s boon for good health and vitality. They have good taste and posses several vitamins and minerals, they act as scavengers in our body and drive away toxins from it fruits contain pure water, sugar, vitamins, minerals, alkali, organic, acids, proteins, fat, fiber and some aromatic compound which gives sweet smell to the fruits.

Fruits contain, 5-15% sugar which is absorbed cent percent in our body. Fruit’s carbohydrate changes into sugar with the help of sun light. This type of sugar does not need intestinal juice for digestion. So, by eating fruits we take already digestible sugar.
