Water accounts for about 60 % of a man’s body weight and 50 % of a woman’s. The difference is because of the average woman’s larger proportion of fat, which contains no water. Eating replaces especially fruits/vegetables some of the lost water. All food contains water. An average diet along with fruit/vegetable may be drunk. The body loses 1.5 liters of water daily. The kidney must form at least 600 ml of urine to get rid of poisonous matter. Evaporation from the skin 500 ml, from lungs 300 ml and from faces 100 ml.
