This, of course, does not mean that one should be indiscriminate and start hopping in and out of every other bed. Not at all; this could have very serious psychological consequences. Nevertheless, sex remains one of the few pleasures which are not harmful as long as one is reasonably fit. In fact, quite apart form it being of exercise, it is a first-class release from tension.
