Most of the fruits and vegetables contain 70 % water and some fruits contain more as they are quite juicy e.g. citrus, fruits, mangoes, coconut etc. Fruit juices are quite popular now and there is no doubt as far as their natural nutritive value and hydrating effect is concerned. Fruit juices are very common and being sold in market as health drinks. So, in case of dehydration they are of much value besides ORS (a watery solution of sugar-9 spoons and common salt-I spoon in one liter water).
